WALL RECOVERING WITH PORCELAIN TILES

Sticky Plaster Process
Prepare surface for tiling.

The wall should be covered with plaster, then leveled and smoothed.

The plaster should be prepared within more than 14 days, according to NBR 8214.

The plaster should be free of abrasives, oil, paint, and any other particles that may inhibit adherence.

The plaster should be made of cement, lime, and washed sand between 1:1:6 and 1:2:9, according to NBR 8214; or it should be industrial plaster with the same characteristics.

The plaster should contain the anticipated movement joints, as outlined in NBR 8214.

- Prepare surface for tile
- Prepare sticky plaster
- Prepare nata of tiles
- Install tiles
- Remove paper and glue
- Adjustment
- Cut tile plates
- Final clean-up
