Micro Grain Carbide

• The KM3, QM3, VM1 and ZM3 have excellent durability due to their main composition; WC micro grain and can be used in the same way as cemented carbide. QM3, VM1 and ZM3 is PVD-coated for better wear resistance. Available only in SS tooling.

Applications

• Low speed machining of steel.
• Cutting of stainless steel/non ferrous metals.
• Milling of gray and ductile cast iron and steel.
